Photographic Voice

When I first created this page, I set out with three goals: to improve my photography, embrace my creativity, and start building a wildlife photography portfolio. Looking back, I've made real progress on most of them, though I'll be honest, the wildlife portfolio is the one area where I wish I had been able to do a little more. It's still in its very early stages, and I'd love to have pushed it further. That said, this course has improved my photography and creativity in so many ways. Technically, I've come a long way; I'm no longer just pointing and shooting on default settings and hoping for the best. I take into account lighting, angles, backgrounds, and color composition. And creatively, something clicked too. I've learned to think outside the box, adjust my angles, and capture things in ways I never would have considered before. That shift in how I see things feels like the biggest win of all.
